We have a 14-day return policy, and therefore a return claim must be sent to us no later than 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, for example your order number.
If you want to return or exchange an item, please fill out the return form and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us through the return form with information of which size you would like to change to.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
