covid-19 update

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, shipping times across the world has been extended. Orders leave our warehouse as usual but global distribution is now running at a slower pace. Therefore, shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.

MY ACCOUNT

I have placed an order, but I can not see it in my account?

If you created your account after you placed your order, this may be the reason. Your order cannot be linked to your account afterwards unfortunately. If you already have an account, remember to start by logging in before you start shopping.

 

Can't remember the password to my account?

Click '' Forgot password? '' and then fill in your email. You will now receive an email to reset your password. Always check the spam. 

 

MY ORDER

I have not received  an order confirmation?

It should be in your inbox within an hour, sometimes it unfortunately falls into the spam folder. If it still has not appeared, feel free to contact us.

 

I have a promo code, how do I enter it?

When you are on the cart page, click on "Enter a promo code", and then enter your code in the field. Now your shopping basket will be updated and it became even more fun to shop!

 

I have a promo code, but it does not work. What am I doing wrong?

You may be doing everything right, so don't hesitate to contact us if your code doesn't work. Often, the codes are programmed to work under a certain time limit and usually only apply at regular prices. 

 

Has my order been shipped from you?

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, it will normally be sent within two days. If you can't find it, feel free to contact us with your order number so we can check the status of your order.

 

How do I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not been handled in our warehouse yet, we can remove it, change the address and change size. 

 

RETURNS & CHANGE

Before returning an item, please read our return policy.

 

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately not!  the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

 

Have you received my return yet?

Don't worry, as soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Returns have a processing time of up to 14 working days.

 

DELIVERY

How long does it take to receive my order?

We offer a delivery time of 5-14 working days depending on where you live.

 

My estimated delivery time has now expired and I still have not received my package?

We understand that you are longing for your package! Do not hesitate to contact us if your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery time. 

 

Where is my package delivered?

As a rule, your package will be delivered to your mailbox or local service point. 

How do I track my package?

In your shipping confirmation email you will find a tracking number. Copy the number and paste in the search field on the website of your local shipping provider. For example, postnord.se for Sweden and Denmark and posten.no for Norway.

Do I need to pay import tariffs on my order?

For orders shipping within the EU (including Norway) no import tariffs needs to be paid. Orders shipping outside the EU may however be subject to import tariffs.
